FIS-SST Sp. z o.o. takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously and abides by the rules of the applicable data privacy acts. Some of the data entered upon visiting this Web page will be used for statistical evaluations.

Our Web page uses “cookies”, a so-called Web analysis service. Cookies, i.e. text files that are stored on your computer and enable us to analyze the use of our Web page. Collection of personal data:

We collected your personal data when you contacted us via telephone, e-mail, in person.


The purpose of processing your personal data:


  1. Performance of the agreement concluded with us, in particular:
  • issuing the necessary purchase documents in our company (invoices) and making non-cash payments;
  • handling inquiries that are submitted to us by telephone or e-mail;
  • using contact details by us for purposes related to the provision of services resulting from the concluded agreement;
  • handling complaints – if they are submitted;
  • for tax and accounting purposes, as this is required by law from our company.


  1. In accordance with the legitimate interest of the Controller:
  • conducting direct marketing activities with regard to the Controller’s own services and/or products;
  • maintaining relations with the customers (sending Christmas cards);
  • conducting statistical analyses;
  • providing payment services;
  • collecting debts;
  • archiving data to ensure accountability and fulfilment of our obligations under the law.


  1. In accordance with the consent for data processing:
  • provided with the newsletter service;
  • provided with the contact form;
  • provided with the cookie files collected from our website;
  • conducting marketing and/or commercial activities using your e-mail address and telephone.


Provision of data:

Provision of data is voluntary, however, failure to provide it will render conclusion of agreement and use of the services offered by the Data Controller impossible.

We require the following data: first name, surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number.

If required by law, we may require other data from you that is necessary e.g. for accounting or tax reasons.


Your rights related to personal data processing:

You have the right to:

  • access your data and correct it;
  • request in writing, with justification, that we cease to process your data due to your special situation;
  • object to the processing of your data when the Data Controller intends to process it for marketing and commercial purposes or to transfer your personal data to another Data Controller;
  • Submit a complaint to the supervisory body in accordance with Article 77 and Article 79, when it is found that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016;
  • obtain comprehensive information in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR on:
    • the presence of your data in the Controller’s databases and the address of its registered office,
    • the purpose, scope and method of processing data contained in such a database,
    • the status since when your data is processed in the database,
    • the potential source of data collection,
    • sharing your data, in particular information about recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data is made available,
    • the planned period of data storage.


Sharing your personal data:

We may share your personal data with:

  • entities cooperating with us under concluded personal data processing agreement;
  • other entities for which you gave your consent;
  • public authorities fighting against fraud and abuse, which operate under separate laws that take precedence.


Storage of personal data:

We store your personal data for the duration of the agreement concluded with you, and also after its termination for the purpose of:

  • pursuing claims in connection with the performance of contractual terms;
  • fulfilment of obligations resulting from legal regulations, including tax and accounting regulations;
  • prevention of abuse and fraud;
  • statistical and archiving;
  • for a maximum of 3 years from the end of contract performance.


We will process your data for marketing and/or commercial purposes for the duration of the agreement or until you object, withdraw your consent to further processing, depending on which of these events occurs first.

The consent may be withdrawn free of charge by sending a written notification in the form of an e-mail or by submitting a letter at the Data Collector’s office or by sending it by traditional mail to the address of the Data Collector.
